Chair Yoga for Seniors

This class is for beginners. Be sure to consult with your doctor beforehand to make sure chair yoga is right for you. Stop at any time if you’re feeling uncomfortable. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for your own safety.

Master your Mornings - Chair Yoga (online via Zoom)

This half hour online chair yoga class will help start your day. On a chair or seated on your mat, you will be guided through a gentle but effective yoga sequence to release tension and enhance clarity. (18 years of age and over)
