Sadhana means daily spiritual practice. This is the time you dedicate to connecting with yourself and set the frequency for the day. How you start the day can profoundly impact your moment to moment choices. An important key to a committed practice is coming together in community. Join like-minded individuals committed to cultivating the skills needed to skillfully navigate the challenges of daily life.

Master Your Mind: Tools for Personal Transformation

This 6-week program has been designed to orient the newcomer to meditation, as well as support the experienced practitioner. Throughout the 6 modules you will:

  • learn the benefits, myths and roadblocks to developing a daily meditation practice
  • experience guided meditations to connect with your body and still the fluctuations of the mind
  • be provided with breath techniques to cultivate resilience, clarity, creativity and concentration
  • learn about the power of the subconscious mind and use techniques to interrupt mental patterns that no longer serve your evolution

ELEVATE: Journey of Awakening

Within each of us is a life force energy that connects us with all that is. Feelings of disconnection, a host of distractions, and life’s challenges can create fragmentation and disharmony within. Mantra and pranayama, if applied consistently over time, have the potential to break through physical, mental and emotional blocks, stabilize the mind, enhance focus and clarity, and cultivate a greater connection with this subtle force.  As we learn to connect with ourselves, we can better extend our sense of connection with others. Over the next seven weeks, we’ll establish our anchor and journey inward to investigate our inner landscape, clearing out what no longer serves us on the evolutionary path.

This 45-minute class is suitable for beginners and experienced meditators.
