ELEVATE: Breathe, Chant, Expand

Mantra and pranayama, if applied consistently over time, have the potential to break through physical, mental and emotional blocks, stabilize the mind, as well as enhance focus and clarity. This 30-minute mantra-based class is suitable for beginners and experienced meditators.
